Edward McGovern

Founder | CEO

Edward is a 22-year Law Enforcement veteran, former police major, and Tactical Commander from South Florida. After responding to both the Fort Lauderdale Airport shooting in 2017 and the Marjory Stoneman Douglas attack in 2018, Edward became driven to change public safety communications failures that plagues these critical events.

Edward earned a BS in Criminal Justice Administration and is a graduate from the University of Louisville’s Southern Police Institute.

Lee Johnson

Co-Founder | COO & CTO

Lee is a serial startup founder with over 25 years experience and a track record of Building SaaS startups and delivering high quality cloud-native software solutions. Lee has held various roles throughout his career: from the board and executive teams, to marketing and sales, and from product management to software engineering.

Lee has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, and throughout a variety of countries in South and Central America. Lee is a native speaker of English, French, and Spanish and functional in Thai and Malay
